Director of Audi Japan to Head U.S. & Canadian Audi Operations

Johan de Nysschen, formerly in charge of Audi Japan, will be heading up Audi US and Canadian operations. De Nysschen previously was in charge of Audi Japan, where he had overseen the doubling of Audi sales during his five years there.

De Nysschen's position is titled executive vice-president in charge of the United States and Canadian business. The new appointment took effect on December 1. He will be reporting to Frank Witter, CEO of Volkswagen of America and Volkswagen Canada. His responsibilities include membership of the executive board of Volkswagen of America.
